SYLLABUS_OF_ALL_UPCOMING_EXAMS‬


1) WBSSC_FOREST‬
Written Examination of 150 marks (Part – I: 120 Marks and Part – II: 30 Marks), to be held on 6th March, 2016. Duration of the written examination will be 90 minutes.
(ii) Part – I will consist of Multiple Choice Objective Type Questions. There will be 120 questions, carrying 1 mark each. There will be negative marking of 0.25 mark for each wrong answer.
(iii) Part – II will consist of a single descriptive type question (writing of a Précis from a given English passage).
2) ‪‎WBSSC_LDC‬
The Part-I will carry 100 marks having 100 questions of 1 (one) mark each, comprising of multiple choice objective type questions on English (30 marks), General Studies (40 marks) and Arithmetic (30 marks),
The Part-II shall consist of conventional type questions on
(a) Group -A - English, and
(b) Group-B – Bengali carrying 50 marks each for Group –‘A’ and Group ‘B’. The duration of Part-I Examination shall be 1 hour and 30 minutes and the duration of Part-II Examination shall be 1 hour
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in Part – I shall only be allowed to appear in the Part-II examination

TOTAL- 100.. 2 HOURS.. MOST PROBABLY NEG MARKS THAKBE NA.
5) ‪‎ESIC‬ (UDC AND MTS POST)
General Intelligence- 50
English Language (Basic Knowledge)- 50
Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skills)-50
General Awareness -50
*UDC = SSC CGL LEVEL PAPER
*MTS = SSC MTS LEVEL PAPER
THERE IS A COMPUTER PROFICIENCY TEST FOR ‪‎UDC_POST ‬AFTER QUALIFYING IN PART-1
The Selection for the post of MTS will be made on the basis of Written Test only.

Reasoning Ability Test- 90
Quantitative Aptitude Test - 90
General Knowledge, Current Affairs
Test - 60
Computer Knowledge Test - 60
TOTAL- 300
English Language Test with
Special emphasis on Grammar,
